2. The Petitioner seeks a writ of habeas corpus directing the Respondents to produce his niece Sandhya @ Riya before the Court. In para 2.3 of the petition it is alleged that on 3rd May 2018 the mother of the missing girl i.e the sister of the Petitioner, received a call from the girl stating that she had married one Rohan who lives in the same locality. Apprehensive of the safety of the girl the present petition has been filed.

3. On receipt of an advance copy of the petition Inspector Satish Kumar the Station House Officer ('SHO') of the Police Station ('PS') Seelampur has filed a status report dated 16th May 2018. Sandhya @ Riya and her husband Rohan are present in Court. Sandhya @ Riya has informed Inspector Satish Kumar that she married Rohan of her own free will, she is living with her husband and in laws happily.

She has reiterated this before the Court as well.

4. Consequently, the Court sees no reason to issue any further direction in the matter. The petition is disposed of.
