O R D E R

% 09.08.2018 After some hearing, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith, the petitioner seeking liberty to approach the court of Sessions by an application seeking release on regular bail in the case to which this matter pertains, at the same time praying for protection against arrest from he being taken into custody during the period he requires for taking necessary steps. The benefit of order dated 21.02.2018 of the court of Sessions on bail application No.512 (registration No.B-352) shall inure to the benefit of the petitioner in case FIR No.665/2013 of Police Station Seemapuri, under Sections 307/323/341/34 IPC for a period of four weeks from today. During CRL.M.C. 2603/2018

that period, the petitioner will have the liberty to approach the court of Sessions for necessary relief.

In the event of his application being not granted, the court of Sessions and the court of Magistrate, as the case may be, shall give him two weeks' time to approach this court for making further application on the issue of bail and not take coercive action during the said period. The petition and the applications filed therewith stand dismissed as withdrawn.
