% 12.08.2016 The present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 25th January, 2016 whereby the respondents were directed to consider the petitioner's complaint/representation dated 30th November, 2015 and to take steps in accordance with law expeditiously.

In the opinion of this Court, the said order cannot give rise to contempt proceedings as neither any time-frame had been fixed nor any specific direction had been given by the Division Bench to the respondents. Consequently, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
