We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the necessary decision on the reference application shall be taken within four weeks of the petitioner supplying another copy of the reference petition on which the petitioner has taken the receiving signature of the Land Acquisition Collector (North)/or his office.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
