The settlement agreement arrived at between the parties on 28th January, 2026, duly executed, is placed on record. 2.

A joint request is made that the settlement agreement dated 28th January, 2026 is to be acted upon.

The counsel for the respondent states that, in any case, within a period of four weeks from today, a 'no objection qua the 'no dues' in favour of the appellant shall be issued. He would further state the execution proceedings of the same shall also be requested to be disposed of by next date of hearing based on the settlement agreement dated 28th January, 2026. 4.
