% 13.01.2017 By the present petition the limited relief sought is for early disposal of the suit filed by the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed the present suit against his son and daughterin-law for possession and permanent and prohibitory injunction regarding the property at Shalimar Bagh of which the petitioner is the owner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that that the petitioner is 72 years old and he has lost 95% of his vision.

In the interest of justice, the trial court is requested to expeditiously dispose of the suit by giving short dates. None of the parties should normally be, except in emergent circumstances, permitted to take dates or file frivolous applications.

The petition is disposed of in the above term. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
