The matter was taken up on the last date of hearing on office note for transfer of present matter due to change in pecuniary jurisdiction.

In view of circular no.106/DHC/Orgl/2019 dated 30.01.2019 of Delhi High Court, present suit is liable to be transferred to District Courts.

Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that as per paragraph 53 of plaint he has shown apprehension of launching of the product within the jurisdiction of New Delhi & he further requests that in these circumstances, matter may be transferred to Patiala House Courts.

This suit is transferred to District Courts, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts.
