By way of this application, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 181/2016, under Section 307/34 IPC, registered at PS Bharat Nagar, New Delhi.

Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is cooperating.

Taking into consideration that petitioner is a Government servant, is suffering from chest injury and the accusation against the petitioner is that of pelting stones, petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail, therefore, in the event of his arrest he shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO.

Petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
