This is an application filed by the respondent seeking a direction to the Registrar General to return the Bank Guarantee bearing no.

13940100011566 dated 30.08.2019 which was furnished by the respondent during the course of the appeal.

Learned counsel for the appellant, who appears on advance notice, has no objection to the application being allowed. Even otherwise, taking into account that the appeal stands disposed of as not pressed on account of the settlement arrived at between the parties, we see no reason to withhold the bank guarantee furnished by the respondent any further. 3.

The application is, accordingly, for the reasons stated therein, allowed. The Registry is directed to return the aforesaid bank guarantee to the respondent through counsel/authorised representative.
