Counsel for the appellant/plaintiff has received a bank draft of Rs.25,000/- of Axis Bank bearing No.001002 dated 29.10.2018, in full and final satisfaction of all the claims of the appellant/plaintiff in the subject litigation.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of and all disputes between the parties are settled and satisfied on the appellant/plaintiff having received the aforesaid sum of Rs.25,000/-.

It is also clarified that the satisfaction of the subject litigation in favour of Mr. Sachin Gupta is the satisfaction of the claim of M/s India Travel, and who are assigned the work.

Since the appeal is settled before arguments, the appellant is held entitled to refund of 50% of the court fees paid in the appeal and the Registry will issue necessary certificate in favour of the appellant. 5.

The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the aforesaid.
