behalf of the Petitioner, Sanjeev Dhingra, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the CBI to carry out the investigations and prosecution in respect of the Complaint dated 08.05.2018, lodged with the Director Central Bureau of Investigation.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Respondents, submits that the Final Report was submitted on 29.10.2020. Vide Order dated 06.09.2022, learned Metropolitan Magistrate had directed for further investigations. Further investigations were consequently carried out and the Final Report has been submitted on 03.09.2024. There is nothing more, which remains. No further directions are warranted in the present Petition, which is accordingly disposed of along with the pending Applications. The Petitioner is at liberty to raise his defence before the learned Trial Court.
