By the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 630/2016 under Sections 498A/406/506/377/34 IPC registered at PS Hari Nagar, Delhi on the complaint of his wife, Rajinder Kaur. 13.
Status report has been handed over which is taken on record. 14.
The allegations of the complainant in the FIR in question are that after her marriage the petitioner and his family members used to harass and torture her physically and ask for the dowry. It is alleged that mother-in-law and sister-in-law demanded 10 grams gold chain and gold kada. BAIL APPLN. 1213/2018

The allegations against the petitioner are that he took her to Manali where after intoxicating her, he prepared her nude photographs. 16.
Petitioner has been in custody since 17th February, 2018. Custodial interrogation, if any, has already taken place. Charge sheet has since been filed. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will not leave the country without prior permission of the Court concerned and in case of change of residential address the same will be intimated to the Court concerned by way of an affidavit.
