% 20.10.2016 This is a suit for recovery of a sum of `24,52,029/- which is below the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, it is directed that the present suit be transferred to the District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts. The parties are directed to appear before the concerned court on 21.11.2016.
