Mr Nayar, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to para 6 of the affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 2, Airport Authority of India, which reads as under:- "6.

That however, in light of the Order dated 17.08.2017, in the present case and in particular para 30 and 31 of the Order, the answering Respondent offers to consider the revalidation application of the Petitioner dated 25.06.2006 under Rule 16 of GSR - 751 (E)."

He states that in view of the above decision of the Airport Authority of India to reconsider the revalidation application, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, if a cause so arises. 3.

It is directed that the Airport Authority of India (respondent no.2)

shall reconsider the petitioner's revalidation application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from today. 4.
