By this petition, petitioners seek quashing of FIR 635/2013 under section 356/379/452/34 IPC registered at PS Hari Nagar, New Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto on the ground that they have settled the matter. 2.

During the course of investigation besides the above noted offence under Section 394 IPC was also included and besides two petitioners, there are two more accused, out of which one of the accused is lodged in jail in another case.

Considering, the nature of allegations under Section 394 IPC, this Court finds no ground to quash the above noted FIR on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties.

Petition is dismissed.
