% 18.05.2018 This joint petition has been filed by the parties under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Arbitral Tribunal adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Agreement dated 01.04.1999. Having perused the contents of the petition, the time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of one year w.e.f. 23.05.2018.

The petition is disposed of with the above directions and with no order as to cost.
