versus OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORPORATION LTD.

..... Judgement Debtor Through None

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SHAKDHER

O R D E R

% 16.07.2018 IA No.9143/2018 1.

This is an application which seeks correction of the order dated 1.6.2018.

2.

Learned counsel says that the only correction that he requires is in paragraph no.2, wherein, while extending the time for making the arbitral award, the terminal date has been fixed as 4.4.2018, whereas it should have been 4.4.2019.

3.

In my view, the learned counsel is correct in his assertion. A perusal of paragraph no.2 of the order would show that the time for rendering the award has been extended by 9 months with effect from 5.7.2018. 3.1 Therefore, quite logically the terminal date should have been 4.4.2019 as against 4.4.2018.

4.

Accordingly, the prayer made in the application is allowed. O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 134/2018

5.

The application is disposed of.

6.

A copy of the order will be dispatched by the Registry to the Judgment Debtor/respondent.
