BAIL APPLN. 526/2017 Petitioner present in person submits that he wants to file objections against the execution petition filed by the respondents and he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file the said objections.

In view of the submission made by the petitioner in person, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file objections in proper format against the execution petition filed by the respondents before the Court below.
