The present matter is a time bound matter vide order dated 23.02.2017 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. DW-1 has been cross examined and discharged. By way of separate statement learned counsel for the defendants has closed the evidence of the defendants. The evidence of both side stands concluded. The matter be thus placed before the Hon'ble Court for further directions on 11.04.2017.
