This public interest litigation has been filed seeking certain directions for social upliftment of shelterless persons in Delhi including children, beggars and mentally retarded.

The petitioner had made a detailed representation dated 15.01.2016 to the respondents and as could be seen from the response of the respondents dated 16.03.2016, the issues raised in this petition have already been taken care of by the respondents.
