% 12.02.2019 Mr. Naushad Ahmed Khan, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No. 2/Government of NCT of Delhi states that since disputes are being raised by the petitioner as regards demolition of subject property, he wishes to place a demarcation report along with demarcation map before the court under an affidavit, during the course of the day.

Copy of the affidavit and demarcation report along with demarcation map has already been supplied to counsel for the petitioner in court.

Let the affidavit, demarcation report and demarcation map be filed. Whether this petition is to be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Special Task Force set-up by the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs of the Government of India vide Office Memorandums dated 25.04.2018 and 23.05.2018 shall be considered on the next date. Re-list on 16th May, 2019.
