O R D E R

% 29.04.2015 Petitioner seeks parole on that ground that his wife is suffering from stone problem and he wants to meet her; it is further contended that petitioner may be granted parole in order to maintain social ties. A perusal of nominal roll shows that petitioner has been released on parole earlier and has surrendered after completion of the parole period. Lastly, petitioner was granted parole in the month of August, 2014.

Accordingly, petition is allowed and petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees

Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall report to the Station House Officer of concerned police station once a week, i.e., on Mondays at 10:00 am. Petitioner is also directed not to leave the territorial bounds of Delhi. On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance.
