% 06.02.2017 An application being CM No. 4775/2017 has been filed by the writ petitioner seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition. Mr. Mishra, Advocate appearing for the writ petitioner submits that his client does not wish to proceed with the writ petition and prays for leave to withdraw the writ petition. Mr. Mishra's prayer is not opposed by Mr. Bhardwaj.

The application being CM No. 4775/2017 is allowed. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
