IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI

+ W.P.(C) 5791/2018 & CM No. 22550/2018 KAILSAH NATH BHARDWAJ ..... Petitioner Through:

Petitioner in person versus PALLAVI VERMA BR MANAGER AND STATE BANK OF INDIA ..... Respondent Through:

Mr.Ashish Garg with Mr.Rajeev Kapoor, Advs.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU

O R D E R

% 05.10.2018 1.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ (s) direction (s),command the respondents to immediately correct MOD balance with 18% interest for the period petitioner's account was without MOD balance i.e., 19 or 20.04.2018 &with less balance since 01.04.2017"

2.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the MOD balance has already been corrected and the petitioner's grievance in this regard now does not survive. 3.

The petitioner, who appears in person, does not dispute the same. He, however, submits that it has taken more than one-and-a-half years for the respondent to correct the record and prays that exemplary costs be awarded.

He states that orders should also be issued so that others do not have to face such situation.

4.

Since the petitioner's grievance is addressed, this Court does not consider it apposite to pass any further orders. 5.

The petition and the pending application are disposed of. VIBHU BAKHRU, J.
