None has been appearing for the plaintiff after 14.10.2015, the date on which issues were framed in the suit. The plaintiff has failed to file the list of witnesses in terms of the order dated 14.10.2015. 2.

Subsequently, vide order dated 03.5.2016, the learned Joint Registrar had closed the evidence of the plaintiff.

Even today, none is present on behalf of the plaintiff, though the matter was passed over on the first call.
