CM Appl. No. 17648/2016 This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the petition. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.

W.P. (C) No.5049/2014 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking following prayers:- (i) Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the termination order i.e. Letter No.

Pawan Hans/CO/Pers/1487/5101 dated 16.07.14

and Letter No. PHL/CP/PERS/1006/2888 dated 22.01.14 which extended the probation period of the petitioner. (ii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 to issue the already pending confirmation certificate to the petitioner, w.e.f 07.09.2012. Mr. Anurag Kishore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner and aforesaid application for withdrawal, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
