% 12.02.2019 Learned counsel for plaintiffs after drawing attention of this Court to the order dated 15.11.2018 submits that the application moved by plaintiffs under Order VI Rule 17 CPC being IA No. 15540/2018 has already been allowed and plaintiffs have enhanced the valuation of the suit for the purpose of jurisdiction from Rs 1 Crore to Rs 2,00,00,600/-. She further submits that in view of the same, instant case is not liable to be transferred to subordinate court. In view of above, list the matter on the date already fixed in the case i.e. on 15.02.2019.
