1. The Court has perused the minutes of the meeting held on 28th May, 2018 which was attended by the District & Sessions Judge (East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, District & Sessions Judge (Shahdara), Karkardooma Courts, President, Shahdara Bar Association, Sr.Vice President, Shahdara Bar Association & Secretary of Shahdara Bar Association wherein it has been

observed inter-alia that "having expressed remorse, the meeting held today is settled amicably between the Bar and the Bench."

2. Mr. K.C. Mittal, Chairman of the Bar Council of Delhi (BCD) states that the BCD will discuss the issue of contempt/misbehaviour by lawyers both before the Delhi District Courts and the High Court and suggest a mechanism and/or draft rules to govern the issue. The Court appreciates the positive stand taken by the BCD. It is expected that the concrete suggestions of the BCD on the mechanism and/or draft rules will be available within a period of three months.

3. In that view of the matter, no further orders are called for in the present petition. It is disposed of.
