I dispose of the petition quashing proceedings emanating from DD No.19A dated June 07, 2008 PS Chand Mahal Delhi resulting in the Kalandara under Section 107/151 Cr.P.C. for the reason the authorities themselves kept the proceedings in abeyance vide order dated December 29, 2009. Liberty was given to the petitioner to make a prayer for early hearing and the proceedings pertaining to the Kalandara be revived. 2.

It is too late in the year 2016 to revive the Kalandara proceedings inasmuch as they related to an apprehension of breach of law and order as of the year 2008.
