O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 90/2018 This joint petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner and respondent no.1 seeking extension of time for making the Arbitral Award in the arbitration proceedings between the parties.

Having perused the contents of the petition, I extend the time for making the Arbitral Award by a further period of three months starting from 07.06.2018.
