I am informed that petitioner no.2 i.e., Mr. Ganga Saran Prajapati, who is the father of petitioner no.1, is present in Court. 2.1 Petitioner no.2 says that he has received a total sum of Rs.3,55,000/-, out of which Rs.75,000/- is received from respondent no.2 i.e., DSSIDC, and the balance amount was paid by the contractor, i.e. Mr. Jintender Kumar Gujaral. 3.

Having regard to the statement made by petitioner no.2 and the prayer made before me, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
