% 21.12.2017 I.A.No. 15464/2017 (u/s 151 CPC for additional time to payment) This application is disposed of with the consent order that the date of 31.12.2017 mentioned in the order dated 28.11.2016 will stand substituted by 31.1.2018 and with the additional condition that in addition to the amounts payable to the defendant no.1 by the plaintiff in terms of the order dated 28.11.2016, the defendant no.1 will also receive an additional amount of Rs.12 lacs on or before 12.1.2018 and which will be part of the consent terms for the limited modification hereby given as regards the order dated 28.11.2017. It is also clarified that rest of the terms stated in the order dated 28.11.2016 will continue to operate except for the modification as stated above.
