This is an application filed by the petitioner, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the learned Trial Court to dispose of all the pending applications. The petitioner also prays that directions be issued to provide all relied upon documents.

The order dated 02.05.2019 was passed directing that divorce petition be listed before the Additional Principal Judge, Family Courts, West District, Tis Hazari, Delhi and the concerned court was requested to take up the matter and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of five months, from that date. This Court has not issued any directions with regard to the manner in which the proceedings were to be conducted, therefore, no clarification/modification in this regard is required.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.

Needless to state that the Court would consider the case in accordance with law.
