% 20.02.2019 In their Status Report dated 18.09.2018, the CBI had stated that the investigation was nearing completion and was likely to be completed within three months thereof. However, more than five months have gone by and some more time is sought to complete the investigations. Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, the learned Special Public Prosecutor for the CBI assures the Court, upon instructions, that in all probability the investigation shall be completed in three months. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition on any other grounds at this stage.

The petition is disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
