CRL.M.C. 1256/2017 & Crl.M.A.5159/2017 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that by an order dated 4.12.2012 in Crl.M.C.3035/2012 (Annexure P-8) this Court had directed the Trial Court to dispose of the pending petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. as far as possible within a period of one year. 2.

It is further informed that the said petition has not yet been decided and is listed for the evidence of the petitioner. CRL.M.C. 1256/2017

Learned counsel for the petitioner assures that he will complete his evidence on the next date before the Trial Court. Considering the order dated 4.12.2012, the Trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the said petition within six months. The petitioner shall not take unnecessary adjournments to record his evidence 5.

In view of the above observations, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 6.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the above said observations/directions.
