In view of the Constitution Bench judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of L. Chandra Kumar vs. Union of India & Ors., (1997) 3 SCC 261 which holds that this Court does not have jurisdiction with respect to the service matters where the employee is an employee of the Central Government, and disputes as to service matters of which employees will have to be decided by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi. 2.

As prayed, this writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, and which Tribunal, if approached by the petitioner, will decide the case of the petitioner in accordance with law.
