The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act'), inter alia, praying that the time for making the award be extended for a further period of three months from today, that is, upto 16.08.2018. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent does not object to the aforesaid request. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the Arbitral Tribunal has reserved the matter for making the final award.

In view of the above consensus between the parties, the time for making the award is extended upto 16.08.2018. 5.
