% 22.05.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that certain vital documents could inadvertently not be placed on record, it would be more appropriate if the petitioner is granted leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh comprehensive petition by annexing all the relevant documents. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on all available grounds including grounds taken in the present petition.
