% 18.05.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has already made a representation dated 26.03.2018 to the respondent no.1, for the present he would be satisfied, in case, the respondents decide the said representation within a period of two weeks from today.

At this stage, it may noted that this Court had while disposing of the earlier writ petition being W.P.(C)No.2636/2018, vide its order dated 20.03.2018 filed by the petitioner on similar grounds directed the respondents to decide the representation made by the petitioner within six weeks, the same has, however, not been decided till date. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 who appears on advance notice submits that the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2018

would be positively decided within two weeks. In view of the aforesaid statement of the learned counsel for the respondent no.1, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.

Needless to say in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by respondent no.1, he will be at liberty to take legal course as permissible under the law.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed. REKHA PALLI, J MAY 18, 2018 sr
