% 12.07.2016 Petitioner is neighbour of complainant. A quarrel took place between the petitioner and the complainant-Ms. Taqdiran on some trivial matter. It is alleged that petitioner along with her mother-in-law entered the house of neighbour and gave beatings to the complainant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier complainant's husband quarrelled with the petitioner's husband and stabbed him in respect whereof, FIR 431/2015 under Sections 307/34 IPC was registered on 26th June, 2015. Subsequently, present FIR 552/2015 has been registered after two months of the above incident in order to put pressure on the petitioner and her husband. Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances, it is ordered that in
case of arrest petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `15,000/ with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/Station House Officer concerned.
However, petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer, as and when she is called upon to join the investigation. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
