% 16.09.2019 Learned counsels for the parties state that matter has been settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, Sher Shah Road, New Delhi, vide a Settlement Agreement dated 01.05.2019. Total sum of settlement is Rs.7,00,000/-. Rs.2,00,000/- has already been paid. Rs.5,00,000/- will be paid after completion of construction.

In view of settlement arrived at between the parties, nothing remains in the matter. The petition stands disposed of. BRIJESH SETHI, J SEPTEMBER 16, 2019 ssc
