Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.562/2013 under Sections 354-A/354-B/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Prashant Vihar, Delhi. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably with the complainant/respondent No.2 vide settlement deed dated 24.09.2015.

Complainant/respondent No.2 is present with her counsel and has been identified by the Investigating Officer. I have enquired from CRL.M.C. 1749/2016
the complainant if she has settled the dispute with the petitioners amicably without any fear or pressure. She has informed that all the disputes between the parties have been resolved amicably with her free consent and she has no objection to the quashing of the FIR in question.

The marriage of the parties has been dissolved by a decree of divorce by mutual consent. It is informed that the terms and conditions of the settlement have been complied with and remaining amount will be paid to the complainant after disposal of the instant petition.

The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. Copy of settlement agreement dated 24.09.2015 has been placed on record. Since the dispute between the parties who were related to each other has been settled, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to put an end to the litigation, FIR No. 562/2013 under Sections 354-A/354B/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Prashant Vihar, Delhi and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. 5.
The petitioners are directed to deposit ` 25,000/- as costs in the Prime Minister Relief Fund within two weeks. Registry shall ensure its compliance.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
Pending application is also disposed of.
