Mr.Arun Kumar Kaushik, Adv.

versus SUB DIV MAGISTRATE (DEFENCE COLONY)..... Respondent Through:

Mr.Santosh Kr. Tripathi, ASC for R-1 & 2.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI

O R D E R

% 18.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the Tehsildar to carry out the necessary mutations in his favour. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that though he is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of Tehsildar in not carrying out mutation as sought by the petitioner, but has till date, not approached the superior revenue authorities. He therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the appropriate revenue authorities. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for is granted.

Needless to say that in case the petitioner is still aggrieved by any order passed by the respondents, it will be open for them to take appropriate legal recourse as permissible under law. REKHA PALLI, J MAY 18, 2018/gm
