% 14.03.2017 In pursuance to the last order, learned counsel for the petitioner states that FIR No.305/2010 has been quashed against the respondent by the High Court of Rajasthan.

Today in Court, learned counsel for the respondent has paid the balance amount of Rs.3,25,000/- by way of a demand draft bearing no.959670 dated 09th March, 2017 drawn on HDFC Bank to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also assures this Court that the petitioner shall cooperate with the respondent in quashing of FIR No.213/2011 registered with PS Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. The statements and assurances given by learned counsel for the parties are accepted by this Court and both the parties are held bound by the same.

In view thereof, present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied.
