The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for quashing of the letter dated 04.03.2014 issued by the respondents. 2.
The counsel for the respondents stated that the petitioner has already been granted the commercial pilot license as such the present petition has become infructuous.

The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against the respondents for claiming the compensation as the veracity of the letter dated 04.03.2014 was not examined.

The present petition is allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate legal proceedings for claiming any compensation in accordance with law and after taking pleas as required under law.
