The present petition is filed seeking grant of parole on the ground of arrangement of funds for his medical treatment and for attending the marriage of real younger brother/parokar of the petitioner. 2.
Notice has been issued and status report has been filed by the State. 3.
Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is not residing at the address provided in parole petition. However, marriage of his real brother is fixed for 26.06.2018 and will be held at District, Bareilly, U.P., where his parents are residing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall file an affidavit to the effect that he will stay with the pairokar during the parole period and undertakes to abide with the directions of the Court. 5.
Affidavit is filed and taken on record.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner be released on parole for a period of two weeks from 18.06.2018 to 30.06.2018 subject to:
i) his furnishing personal bond with one local surety in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent;
ii) he shall report at the concerned police station to mark his attendance on every Friday at 11:00 a.m. during the period of parole;
iii) he shall duly surrender at the end of the period of parole;
iv) he shall provide his mobile phone number to the Jail Superintendent at the time of his release, which shall be kept in working condition at all times. The same shall not be changed without prior intimation to the Jail Superintendent;
v) he shall also not indulge in any criminal activity during the period of parole.
