% 29.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to respondent no.1/South Delhi Municipal Corporation, to stop illegal and unauthorised construction on property bearing no.17, Summan Bazar, Bhogal, Jangpura, New Delhi 110 014.
Mr.Tushar Sannu, learned counsel who appears on advance notice for respondent no.1, submits that the said respondent is already seized of the matter and is also proposing a demolition action very soon. He submits that „work-stop‟ notices are also in the process of being issued. He further assures the Court that the copies of the aforesaid documents would be provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner within two days.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondent no.1, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present writ petition any further.
Needless to say in case the petitioner is still aggrieved, it will be open for the petitioner to take legal recourse as permissible under law.
The petition and application are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
