No.2368/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the application for leave to defend had been disposed of by a Bench of this Court on 11.02.2015 with a direction to the ARC to decide the application within a period of two months there from. It is pointed out that the arguments stood completed on 25.05.2015 but the judgment has not yet been delivered; matter was reserved for orders for 15.10.2015 and thereafter for 30.10.2015; matter has again been adjourned for 28.03.2016. The Trial Court shall pass its judgment on or before on 28.03.2016. With these directions, application disposed of. Order dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
