% 21.04.2017 Learned counsel for respondent nos.1, 2 & 5 states that a compound wall in accordance with the Division Bench judgment dated 15th October, 1998 has already been constructed. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that in accordance with the order dated 09th September, 2016, security guards on bicycles have been deployed during the day time at Raj Ghat Extension Ground.

In view thereof, present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied.
