% 25.09.2018 Learned counsel for the appellant/Revenue states that the appeal preferred by the Revenue against the same impugned order vide ITA No.642/2018 for the assessment year 2010-11, has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 28.5.2018, following the judgment of this Court in M/s GS1 India v. Director General of Income Tax (Exemption) and Anr., (2014) 360 ITR 138. In view of the aforesaid accepted position and decision in the respondent-assessee's case, no substantial question of law arises for consideration. The appeal is dismissed.
